What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is not only your hype-woman in helping you achieve your goals, but we are advocates for your health and wellness. Together, we work on creating small changes in your behavior and health that end up being foundation of lifelong health and wellbeing.

We dig deep to find out what is causing you to not reach the goals you have and work on small steps to better balance those areas. Every person’s needs and goals are different. We work hard at seeing how to best implement small adjustments into your life so you can ultimately succeed at whatever you are setting your mind to.

How does Health Coaching work:

  • I am your wing-woman and we are in this together - I take time to listen to your concerns, take the time to generate achievable plans with you and am here to hype you up every step of the way. This is a partnership.

  • I help facilitate personal discovery by working together with you while using our “Circle of Life” tool.

  • I help clear the way for maintainable and achievable behavior change in a structured, supportive partnership with you.

  • I help you identify obstacles and create strategies to successfully move forward towards your goals.

  • Coaches provide additional resources for making healthy behavior changes.

  • On top of our weekly scheduled check in session, we are in constant communication via email and text. If you have a question, I have an answer for you.

Is Health Coaching right for me?

If you want to make long-lasting change and are willing to put the long term work in, I would love to work with you. I am not a diet in disguise and am not here for a quick fix. My ultimate goal is to get you to feeling your absolute best (mentally and physically) with no restriction, no guilt and no crazy diet foods.

If you are ready to stop the cycling of starting over, I would love to work with you. If you are ready to make small changes at a “slow and steady wins the race” pace, I would love to work with you. If you are ready to put yourself first and commit this being a longer term plan, I would love to work with you. 02 — The Hand Hold

Wishing you had someone in your corner telling you exactly what to do to achieve your specific goals? Wish no more - this is exactly what The Hand Hold is!

I am here to hold you accountable for the goals and aspirations you have, hype you up when you reach milestones, and help guide and work with you on your specific goals to ensure you get the most out of your program.

Includes:

  • Primary food evaluation and analysis, followed by our goal setting and realistic plan of action

  • Monthly menu planning (two menus per month)

  • Two 50-minute calls per month

  • Unlimited email and text support - available seven days a week (remember, we are in this together and I’m here to hold your hand!)

  • Two personalized (do anywhere) workouts per month m(emailed)

  • 10% off all classes at The Wall Cycling Studio

03 — Attached at the Hip

The Hand Hold with a little more love. Attached at the Hip includes everything from package 02 with the addition of one 30-,inute personalized workouts per week, with check ins done before and after!

*The weekly 30 minute sessions can be done on Zoom, at my studio in Manayunk, my home studio or in a mutually agreed location within a 10 mile radius of King of Prussia.
